A 13-year-long study from the Netherlands has found that drinking several cups of tea or coffee a day appears to protect against heart disease. Those who drank more than 6 cups of tea a day cut their risk of heart disease by a third, the study of 40,000 people found. Consuming between 2 to 4 coffees a day was also linked to a reduced risk. But having a cigarette with your coffee could completely cancel any benefits, while drinking lots of tea in front of the TV for hours on end without exercising is unlikely to offer your heart much protection at all. Therefore, not only moderate consuming several cups of tea of drink but also your action for health will serve you from heart disease.
My opinion:
When I saw the news at first time, I was very surprised. It was because to drink tea or coffee is daily act, so I did not image these acts effect to protect against heart disease. Moreover, I was surprised at there are a lot of researchers, and they always study to discover some things. Therefore, I think that I will drink more tea or coffee than barley tea. Of course with exercising!
